Good to know
- The driver will arrive on time and wait for you up to 90 minutes at the airport. If you did not show up after 90 minutes from the pick-up time without any contact, it will be considered as cancellation and no refund will be provided.
- The driver's contact information will be provided one day before departure date.
- The local operator and driver will contact you in advance - please provide us a valid contact number.
- The booking is for a one-way transfer only, between Airport and city center. If you need round trip transfers, please make a separate booking.
- Please note: You must book enough cars for your traveling party and lugguage. If the number of passengers and luggage exceeds the maximum capacity of the vehicle, the driver will do reject the booking and will be no refund.
- Any extension fees for time changes on the day (within 24 hours) must be paid on-site by yourselves, excluding cases of force majeures (ex : delayed arrival flights due to typhoon).
- Please note: The number of child seats and booster seats available for arrangement is limited. If we are unable to secure the requested seats, we may ask you to hold your child on your lap during the ride.
