Important Reminders and Tour Information

Group Formation and Vehicle Arrangement

• The minimum group size is 5 people. If the minimum number is not reached, the cancellation will be notified 1 day before departure.
• 10-seater or 14-seater vehicles will be used and adjusted according to the number of registered participants. The vehicle type cannot be specified.
• The driver will provide simple interpretation services but will not provide guided tours after getting off the vehicle.
• Infants and children must also occupy a seat and are included in the number of passengers; child safety seats are not provided on this tour.

Itinerary Arrangement

• The total length of the itinerary must not exceed 10 hours. The driver will adjust the order of attractions or reduce the itinerary depending on the conditions of the day.
• In case of traffic jams, inclement weather, or other force majeure factors, adjustments will be made according to the situation.
• This tour is a group tour. Please do not leave the group or leave the tour midway. If you voluntarily abandon the itinerary, it will be regarded as a voluntary waiver, and no refund will be given. You will be responsible for any related responsibilities.
• For seasonal limited activities such as cherry blossom viewing, autumn foliage, and flower fields, the flowering period is greatly affected by the weather. The tour will proceed as usual even if it does not reach expectations. Please place your order carefully.

Boarding Instructions and Contact Information

• Please be sure to arrive on time for the meeting. Those who are late will not be waited for. If you miss the meeting due to personal lateness, it will be regarded as abandoning the itinerary, and no refund will be given.
• Seats are on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please note them when placing your order. The final arrangement will be subject to the driver's coordination on the day.
• Each person is limited to 1 piece of luggage. If there is excess or temporary carrying that causes congestion in the car, the driver has the right to refuse to carry it, and no refund will be given.

Tour Notification and Customer Service Contact

• The tour notice and boarding information will be sent via Email / WeChat / LINE / WhatsApp 1 day before departure from 18:00–21:00. Please be sure to check and confirm your spam folder.
• During peak season or under special circumstances, the notification time may be delayed. If you receive multiple notifications, please refer to the "last one."
• You can also actively contact the customer service account provided in the notification to confirm the tour information.

Fees and Additional Charges

• The tour does not include lunch. The driver can provide local dining recommendations. Please gather within the prescribed time.
• You can choose to upgrade to an independent group (private charter), and the basic service time is 10 hours. If you get on and off the bus in different locations, you will need to pay an additional empty car return fee and time compensation fee.
• If the itinerary exceeds the time on the day, an overtime fee will be charged (¥5,000–¥10,000/per hour).

Weather and Safety Reminders

• In the event of extreme weather such as typhoons or blizzards, you will be notified by 17:00 1 day before departure whether the tour will be canceled.
• Adverse weather or force majeure factors may cause attractions to close, facilities to shut down, or activities to be canceled. No refunds will be given.
• In the event of a sudden situation, in order to ensure safety, the staff has the right to suspend outdoor activities and make other arrangements according to the actual situation.
