Ticket Information

• Enter the park with your ticket wristband and enjoy unlimited access to all attractions within 3 hours (food and beverage and sales area fees are not included)
• Unlimited play time on weekdays from Monday to Friday in July
• NT$399 per person for parents and children in July (all passengers can enjoy a discounted ticket price of NT$399 per person)
• In addition to cash purchases, multiple payment methods can be used on site: credit card / Linepay
• Children under the age of three (inclusive) accompanied by their parents can enter the park free of charge (not applicable to kindergarten groups)

Notes:

• Before entering the park, please make sure that your physical and mental health is good. If you have the following conditions, please do not use the park facilities and water slides: heart disease, skin disease, infectious disease, alcoholism, skin allergies, neck, back or spine injuries, osteoporosis, pregnant women
• This park area only provides a playground. Please read and comply with the park regulations and follow the order of play.
• The water park is an open space. According to Article 51 of Chapter 4 of the Child Welfare Act, children under 6 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over 18 years old. If a parent accompanies the child to enter the park, he/she must purchase a parent accompanying ticket (no replacement is allowed).
• People with disabilities must be accompanied by a companion (parent or guardian over 18 years old) to enter this area.
• This facility does not provide child care services. Parents must bear the full responsibility of accompanying and caring for their children.
• The ticket is a one-time admission voucher; the ticket is valid for 3 hours and cannot be reused. No reissue will be issued if the ticket is lost or damaged.
• In order to provide all visitors with a comfortable and happy water play area, please abide by the order, respect each other, be courteous and considerate. There is a risk of accidental injury when playing and swimming, including but not limited to physical abrasions, collisions, trips, etc. of parents, children or other third parties. Accompanying parents must fulfill their guardianship responsibilities and be responsible for the safety of their children, and fully understand and are willing to bear the risks.
• Based on water safety, staff have the right to stop dangerous behaviors or ask them to leave the park.
• If a child is unwell, please notify the service staff immediately for assistance. If there is a fever (forehead temperature exceeds 38 degrees), infectious diseases or special conditions, the museum reserves the right to refuse to let them play.
• Please do not wear shoes to enter the facilities and water areas of the park.
• Infants (under 3 years old) must wear waterproof diapers before entering the water play area.
• This park is an air cushion park. Please do not bring any easy-to-fall, metal, glass and sharp objects into the water play area, such as earrings, necklaces, hairpins, watches, jewelry, cameras, selfie artifacts, fragile items, etc. Visitors who wear glasses, please be sure to fix your glasses to avoid falling and danger.
• To protect the safety of tourists, please do not run, fight, grab toys, or bite people. Do not dive, chase, run, jump, push, or perform other dangerous actions in the facilities. This place is not responsible for any private disputes.
• When using the water slides and various facilities, please abide by the relevant regulations and follow the instructions of the lifeguard to avoid danger.
• Smoking, drinking, chewing betel nuts, and chewing gum are strictly prohibited in the park. Except for drinking water, please do not bring any outside food and various ice buckets and cooking utensils into the park.
• It is strictly prohibited to set up any form of tents in the entire water park.
• After entering the water park, you should keep your valuables by yourself. If they are lost or stolen, the water park will not be responsible for storage and compensation.
• To ensure the safety of the play, the park will temporarily stop operating in case of bad weather, lightning, thunder, or unstable power. Please be sure to follow the instructions of the staff and leave the water as soon as possible.
• Pets are not allowed to enter the park (except guide dogs).
• No smoking, good health, no smoking at all
• Dangerous items are prohibited from being brought into the park. If there is a risk of endangering the park's safety, the park will notify the police in accordance with the Social Order Maintenance Act.
• AED (Automated External Defibrillator) and first aid kit are installed in the park's service center. Please contact the on-site service staff if necessary.
• Bicycles, scooters, inline skates, drones, and large photographic equipment are prohibited.
• Please do not touch the fans, water filters, motors and other electrical appliances of the on-site inflatable facilities.
• If you need to take photos, please apply directly to the park in advance.
• Park photography regulations: Photos, videos, videotapes and audiotapes taken in the park can only be enjoyed in private or family gatherings. If they are used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the park, legal liability shall be borne. Wabowabo has the right to prohibit, file a lawsuit, and demand compensation.
• Qingshan Nihao Co., Ltd. has insured public accident liability insurance of NT$66 million.

• What types of tickets are available? How to buy? Regardless of age, the uniform ticket price is NT$450. Children under 3 years old (inclusive) can enter the park for free. In addition to on-site ticket sales, tickets can also be purchased on the following ticket sales platforms: Klook
• Can I buy tickets on site? What payment methods are supported? You can buy tickets on site! Cash/credit card/Linepay are available for ticket purchase.
• Are there parent-child tickets or group discount tickets? The park has no age limit, and the uniform ticket price for adults and children is NT$450. Children under 3 years old (inclusive) can enter the park for free. For groups of 20 or more people, please contact the official Line and a specialist will serve you.
• What facilities are included in the ticket? Can I enter and exit the park repeatedly? There are 9 inflatable water park facilities on site. As long as the wristband ticket time is within the time, all facilities in the park can be used and can be entered and exited repeatedly.
• If the weather is bad, can the ticket be refunded or rescheduled? If the weather is bad and the park announces the closure, you can choose to refund the ticket or use it at a later date. Please note that the refund or exchange of tickets must be completed before leaving the park on the same day.

[Playing age and safety]

• How old can children play? There is no age limit in the entire area. Children under 6 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over 18 years old throughout the park.
• Is there a height or weight limit? The Heat Wave Waterslide Bay is limited to more than 120 cm. Parents can accompany children under 120 cm // Friends over 50 kg are not allowed to stay at the top of the Bouncing Iceberg Island.
• Is there an area designed for children under 3 years old? Gulu Rainbow Bay is a water play area exclusively for children under 3 years old. Parents are requested to accompany them to play in the water!
• Is the facility safe? Are there any staff members to supervise? The inflatable equipment used by Wabo Wabo is made of materials and manufacturers that have passed international certification. There are lifeguards on site at each pool, but we still kindly remind you that this facility does not provide child care services, and parents must bear the full responsibility of accompanying and caring for their children.
• What should I do if my child is injured in the facility? The service center in the park has an AED (automated external defibrillator) and a first aid kit. If necessary, please contact the on-site service staff.

[Clothing and Things to Carry]

• Can I wear sandals, slippers or swimsuits to enter the park? All water facilities and water areas require you to take off your shoes. Please do not enter with shoes.
• Can I bring food or water bottles into the park? Except for drinking water, please do not bring any outside food into the park.
• Are there lockers or storage areas? There are coin-operated lockers on site, but the number is limited. Please use them as much as possible.

[Parents and Infant Facilities]

• Is there a nursing room in the park? There is a nursing room in the lobby, welcome to use it.
• Can parents accompany their children into the air cushion? Yes! Parents are welcome to accompany their children to jump happily together!
• Is there a rest area? The park has a shaded seating area, welcome to use it.
• Can I bring a stroller? Yes! Parents are welcome to bring strollers into the water park. However, the trails in the park are mainly grassy areas, you can evaluate whether it is convenient to bring a stroller. ※It is recommended that you avoid parking strollers around the main passages or water play areas to maintain traffic safety and other tourists' rights.

[Business Information and Activities]

• Business hours? Will it operate as usual in rainy days? Monday to Sunday 9:00am - 21:00pm (actual opening hours are subject to on-site announcements), clearing and closing from 20:30, and the last admission time is 19:00. It is open as usual on rainy days. In case of bad weather, lightning, thunder or unstable power, the park will temporarily stop operating.
