- Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged

- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
- Please proceed to uCloudlink Singapore office to pick up and return your device during opening hours
- The number of rental days will be counted starting from the date of departure to the date of arrival. For example, a total number of 5 rental days will be counted from 1-5 Dec
- Extra daily rental fees will be incurred for those who want to pick up their devices ahead of time

- By MRT: Take the MRT and alight at Chinatown Station (North-East Line (NE4) or Downtown Line (DT19). Take escalator up to Exit D. Walk towards People’s Park Centre pathway and go up the escalator then turn Right into People’s Park Centre. Go down the escalator to Basement level (POSB ATM Machine), continue straight and turn left, the office Ucloudlink Singapore Office is along the same stretch as SingPost
- By Bus (05022): Take Bus Numbers, 54, 124, 145, 147, 147e, 166, 190, 851, 851e and alight along Eu Tong Sen Street, and enter People’s Park Centre. Take escalator down to Basement Level 1 and proceed to Ucloudlink Singapore Office
- uCloudlink Singapore is closed on weekends and public holidays

These 4G Wifi is very easy to use, just power on it and connect to the network given at the back of the device, there you go just easily to connect and also we can connect up to 5 devices but the battery power will run up very fast.

Not the first time we have used this device. We have used this for our previous trips to Taiwan & Japan. It offers excellent connection for up to 5 devices.My wife & I were on 1st & 2nd floors of the same building & the connection was still very strong. Will definitely use it again in future.

Smooth collection, as well as steady stream of solid connection and data throughout my trip, definitely recommend!
Easy to set up, directly can use once reach destination. However, normal speed only for first 1 GB data, subsequently the line appears to be slow. It resets each new day. Device can be picked up one day earlier business day from the chargeable day and return one day after the trip.
Easy to carry on, battery life can stay for 10hrs but the network unstable.
