• We offer a 24-hour airport/station pick-up service (carpooling, there may be some waiting time, generally about 30 minutes). Airports available: Guilin Liangjiang Airport, train stations: Guilin Station, Guilin West Station, Guilin North Station
• The tour guide will contact you before 21:00 the day before the trip (no tour guide on DAY1 of the trip). Please keep your phone open, check text messages or answer the tour guide's call; some attractions may arrange special tour guides, which are different from the tour guides of the attractions

Elderly

• Elderly people aged 70 or above who book a trip must sign a "Health Certificate" with our company and be accompanied by family members or friends (except those who cannot be received or are restricted due to service capacity limitations) before they can travel.
• Due to service capacity limitations, we cannot accept tourists over 81 years old to sign up for travel, please understand.

Minors

• Tourists under the age of 18 should be accompanied by family members (except those who cannot be accommodated or are restricted due to service capacity limitations).
