I am grateful that you listened to all of my requests and guided me through various places such as Hoan Kiem Lake, cyclo ride, Train Street, Vietnamese coffee, and Vietnamese cuisine. It was great that you took a lot of pictures for me. You also guided me to a currency exchange and I was able to exchange money at a good rate. I would like you to guide me again next time I go. Thank you very much!
Thank you to our guide Minh for today's arrangements. We went to the pottery village together early in the morning to see how Vietnamese families make pottery by hand. We also had fish cakes for lunch and he took us to Ba Dinh Square to see the Vietnamese National Assembly and Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. Finally, he took us to Train Street to watch the trains and drink coffee. We went to so many places! Thank you, director, for your enthusiastic explanations. You also introduced the scenery along the way, even when we didn't go inside to visit!
I apologize for the lack of communication; my phone was stolen. Thank you for still coming to the hotel on time despite the situation. It was incredibly helpful that you assisted me with the process of issuing my return flight ticket, even though it was unrelated to the tour. Although I participated alone this time, I was very satisfied as I was able to visit the places I wanted to see and do some shopping. Since I didn't have my phone, I couldn't take any pictures, but the guide took many for me. I would be delighted if you could send them to me, as I haven't been able to contact you since. Thank you so much for everything.
My tour guide was fun and informative to travel with. He showed a lot of famous scenic spots around Hanoi and told me quite a few stories about Vietnam. He's highly recommended!
I thought it was part of a group tour, but it was private. So, I was able to pick and mix places I wanted to go and recommendations, and go around the city. Along the way, I studied history while interjecting questions about Hanoi's history and what I saw and heard. I was able to safely enjoy sightseeing while grasping the city map. The guide, who looked like Tsuyoshi Kusanagi, spoke easy-to-understand Japanese and took lots of pictures in various scenes. It was a good memento since I don't usually take family photos.
We had a wonderful experience with our tour guide ( Mr Lucky). he was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. The explanations were clear and interesting, and they made sure everyone in the group was comfortable and enjoying the tour. Thank you for making our trip so memorable. Highly recommended!
We booked this tour for our family of 9, including an elder. Our guide was Ms. Ivy - wonderful lady with very positive and warm energy. She is very knowledgeable, everything she shared was interesting, covering both the socio-cultural and historical significance of places in Hanoi. She is very skilled in helping us navigate difficult situations during the trip. For example, we had a SEPARATE BOOKING of private van (the driver wasn’t very kind and very impatient), but Ms. Ivy was able to bridge the gap and communicate with him smoothly. She is very adaptable to changes like, when some of our preferred attractions were closed, she took us to other attractions that suit our level of interest. We felt safe and in good hands the whole time, helped us move through the challenging and busy roads of Hanoi. She even helped us with restaurant reservations in Old Town and Train Street and fully assisted with our bills and budget. Thankful for Ms. Ivy and would book her again!
We were delighted to have Asita as our tour guide for a full day in Ninh Binh. We were truly touched by her exceptional care, even in the scorching 39-degree Celsius heat.
Our guide, Uyen, was very kind and flexible in accommodating our requests. My wife also enjoyed her company, and we had a wonderful time. If we come to Hanoi again, we would definitely love to have her as our guide! 😊
Huang is very helpful and he really knows the places to go especially for us as a couple that we are traveling with a three year-old kid. He brought us to places that are also kid friendly and we’re a bit bit more flexible with our schedule for our full day tour, we went to the Incense village, train street, we tried the local food. He had great recommendations as well for the resto we could try.
