- Departure Point: In front of Anguk Station (Subway Line 3), Exit 4
- 1st Lineup: WONPIL (Day6), TAEYONG (NCT), ATEEZ, ZEROBASEONE, RIIZE, NCT WISH, MEOVV, Hearts2Hearts, ALLDAY PROJECT, ALPHA DRIVE ONE, AND2BEL

⚠️ Important Notice
- Lineup & Schedule Changes: The performance schedule and artist lineup are subject to change without prior notice due to organizer or artist circumstances. Cancellations or refunds due to changes in the lineup are strictly not permitted.
- Non-Refundable Policy: A 100% cancellation fee applies once the booking is confirmed. No refunds or changes will be issued under any circumstances.
- Foreigners Only: This ticket is exclusively for non-Korean passport holders. (Korean citizens cannot purchase or use this ticket).
- Random Seating: Seats and zones will be randomly assigned on the day of the event. Advance requests for specific zones or seat numbers are not available.
- Prohibited Items: Outside food and drinks are strictly banned inside the venue (only bottled water is allowed). Telephoto cameras, professional filming equipment, and video recording are strictly prohibited. Baggage inspection may be conducted prior to entry.
- Ticket Care: Neither the agency nor the organizer will be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets after collection. Tickets cannot be reissued.
- ID Requirement: The lead traveler must present a valid physical passport on the day of the event.
- Strict Departure: If you fail to arrive at the designated meeting point on time for any reason (including personal delays), it will be treated as a no-show. No cancellations, changes, or refunds will be given.
- Shuttle Bus Service: The shuttle bus operates as a round-trip service between Seoul (Anguk Station & Myeongdong/Hongdae Station) and the venue. Drop-off directly at personal hotels is not provided.
- Luggage & Personal Items: The return shuttle bus may be a different vehicle from the one taken from Seoul. Please ensure you take all personal belongings when disembarking. Guests must keep valuable items with them; luggage cannot be stored inside the bus. Neither the agency nor the tour staff will be held responsible for any lost or stolen items.

I had VIP standing ticket but I had very poor view. the huge camera kept blocking the view. it was upsetting. I expected better for money I paid. too much standing!! otherwise great! also it would be good to please English translate. I didn’t understand anything sadly. :(

The two stars are for Klook and the organizers of the event. The actual concert was very fun! First, there was barely any info on Klook on how the tickets worked. They said seats would be random but for standing guests, it was unclear if ours was also random or depended on when we picked up the tickets at the venue. I heard from others in line that they booked through Klook and arrived by 6/7am. I was lucky bc I bought my ticket a week before and got #120~. 2) There was no signage at the venue to show where to pick up the tickets and security was yelling at people to back up but it was just people asking where to get their tickets bc there were no clear instructions. 3) Klook said ticket pick up would be by exit 4, but when I went it,was one woman who told me to go to the venue & follow the others. I was mad bc I had to walk extra in the heat. They should have emailed us. 4) The staff at the booth were unsure how to check the ticket & asked us! 5) R standing was really good tho!

The employees got to the ticket booth 1 hour late, causing me to enter my venue after everyone queued in and stand in the back of the crowd. Even though I initially arrived at the venue early to get a better standing spot.
