🔄 Itinerary Arrangement This is a group tour. The order and duration of stops will be adjusted based on weather and traffic conditions on the day. Thank you for your cooperation.
Tours require a minimum number of participants to proceed. If the minimum is not met, you will be notified in advance, and rescheduling or a refund will be arranged.
👶 Children and Seniors Children under 3 years old can join for free (without a seat; please specify in advance). Failure to specify this, leading to insufficient seating, will result in denied boarding and no refund.
Travelers aged 70 and above must be accompanied by a family member. Pregnant women and individuals with cardiovascular diseases should assess their physical condition before participating.
Individuals under 18 years old cannot register alone and must be accompanied by at least one adult traveler.
🧳 Luggage and Meeting Point Each traveler can bring 1 piece of luggage of any size. Please specify in advance.
Please arrive at the meeting point on time. Late arrivals will be considered a forfeiture of the tour, and no refund will be given.
📵 Special Reminder No refunds will be given to those who leave the group without authorization, arrive late, or discontinue the tour.
In the event of poor bloom conditions in the flower fields, the tour will proceed as scheduled, and no refunds will be issued for this reason.
