Tour Guide Service in Ho Chi Minh City

A great half-day tour! The guide took us to explore the attractions of Ho Chi Minh City and introduced us to the local culture. It was our first visit, and we were able to gain a good understanding of Vietnam.

Our tour guide, Ben Chen, provided professional and attentive arrangements and service. He led my husband and I on a relaxing stroll through several famous attractions, allowing us to appreciate their history, significance, and unique features. We also enjoyed authentic local cuisine and were very satisfied.

The tour guide was very kind and friendly, and answered our various questions about Vietnamese life earnestly. The interaction was very pleasant. The only drawback was the short amount of time spent at the core attractions in District 1 (such as Notre-Dame Cathedral, Book Street, and Saigon Central Post Office), and the tour information felt superficial, like a quick check-in and photo opportunity before moving on. As a traveler interested in historical stories, I was a little disappointed not to hear the stories behind these classic buildings.

Koi was awesome. His enthusiasm and excellent knowledge was complimented by his friendly polite flexible attitude. I could not imagine a better tour guide. He far exceeded my expectations on every aspect of the 4 hour afternoon tour of Ho Chi Minh City. Every moment was either full of useful information or the opportunity to pause. He is very thoughtful, considerate and informative. Thank you very much Koi for making my solo tour amazing. 5 star!

I feel so fortunate to have met tour guide Yu-Hsia on this trip! She demonstrated a profound historical knowledge when guiding us through the Reunification Palace (Independence Palace) and the War Remnants Museum, knowing historical facts and allusions like the back of her hand. The best part was that she spoke clearly and was humorous, making even dry history fascinating. During the full itinerary, she also thoughtfully arranged rest times for the family to relax, combining professionalism and consideration. Highly recommended!

Luna was extremely helpful , but the booking of my 2nd excursion left me too confused as to where and when to use it . though I reached out and tried to get information on it nobody responded in time and I missed my prepaid bus tour 😢

We had a fantastic experience and couldn't recommend Robert enough. We did a full day tour with a custom itinerary and we are so glad we had Robert again for a second half day plus food tour. Robert was so thoughtful, considerate, informative and best of all very patient with our four children. We really felt well taken care of and comfortable as he was so easy going and accommodating. Our kids even fought over who got to sit next to him and its safe to say he became very popular with our family. We would 100% recommend Robert and we hope to see him again as I'm sure our kids would like to hang out with their new Ang (older brother in Vietnamese).
