Luggage Services
- JetQuay baggage handling includes up to 2 pieces of check-in baggage per passenger. Additional bags will incur a charge of SGD 50 per bag (subject to taxes), payable at the reception counter. Extra charges may also apply for odd-sized luggage
Additional information
- Please hand carry your passport, flight documents and other important personal items
- Maximum service duration is 75 minutes. Any additional time will be charged at the full hourly rate (minimum charge is one hour)
- For any additional stop, it will be charged as a new event
- A surcharge of SGD 100 (subject to taxes) per way applies to all Terminal 4 services
- A fee of SGD 38 per person (subject to taxes) applies for non-travelling guests using JetQuay lounge F&B services
- Passengers are subject to the respective airline's conditions of carriage for both passengers and baggage
