After purchasing tickets, you must go to the front desk to exchange them for wristbands and activate them before entering.

A ¥40 deposit is required for timed ticket entry. No deposit is required for unlimited entry.

During your visit, you can enter and exit the gate an unlimited number of times within the operating hours. If you exceed the operating hours, your deposit will be deducted according to the following standards: A fee of ¥1 will be deducted for each minute exceeding the time limit; if you exceed the time limit by more than 90 minutes, the entire deposit of ¥40 will be deducted, and your ticket will be upgraded to a full-day pass.

For your safety, we recommend purchasing insurance upon entry for ¥2 per person.

Playing VR Tank, Skiing, Bowling, Archery and other activities is prohibited after alcohol consumption.

Tickets are for personal use only. Queues may be required during peak periods.

All equipment on-site is subject to irregular maintenance, upkeep, and inspection. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by inspections during your visit.

Smoking is prohibited inside the venue. Please do not bring certain beverages or pets inside.

If the purchased ticket is a timed ticket, the bumper car (VR chariot) activity is limited to three plays.

The ice rink is open from 10:00-21:00. We recommend planning your visit accordingly.
