Today’s tour was fantastic from start to finish. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate, sharing interesting information throughout the day while keeping everything organised and enjoyable. The bus driver was exceptional, navigating safely and smoothly, making us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the journey. Both were professional, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a great experience. Thank you for helping make our day so memorable. Highly recommended!

Apple was a great and friendly guide. Very easy to understand and did an excellent job communicating where and when to meet at each stops and provided insightful information about each and every location.

We thoroughly enjoyed the day with Apple and her team of drivers who have proven to be very reliable. The bus was very comfortable with ample leg space and the driving was smooth and safe. Apple had made the effort to send every individual text messages to provide important updates regarding timing and location. We felt very take care of and the day had been very fruitful. The trip is highly recommended for travellers who plan to visit Osaka and Kyoto and you can board from one city and depart in the other city, making your travel itinerary very efficient!

The itinerary was packed, and our tour guide, Tina, was incredibly thoughtful. She created a group chat for all participants and sent a reminder the day before with the meeting point and time. On the day of the tour, she proactively shared photos of the tour flag, meeting location, and license plate in the group chat, making it easy for everyone to find their way and board the bus. Before arriving at each attraction, she provided historical background. At the sites, she shared travel tips, tricks, and photos of the scenery. During free time, she announced the meeting time in the group and, at the pickup location, she even recommended nearby restaurants and shared their price ranges. Having such comprehensive travel advice made things much easier. It's rare to find such a considerate guide on a day trip. She explained each attraction once in Chinese and once in English, giving us plenty of time to rest.👍🏻

We had such a wonderful time on our Osaka & Kyoto tour today! Everything was well-organized, smooth, and enjoyable from start to finish. We really appreciated how understanding she was when we arrived late at our first itinerary. She even extended a few more minutes to wait for us to return to the meet-up point, which meant a lot. We’re so grateful that she was the assigned guide for us. Her professionalism and warm attitude made the entire trip feel comfortable and stress-free. We really enjoyed our time exploring the Bamboo Forest, the Kinkaku-ji Temple, and Daruma-dera Temple. April was a wonderful and kind tour guide who made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this tour!

Great trip for a whistle stop tour of the two temples and Aryashima area. We arrived early at Katsuoji temple so hardly had to queue up for the photos on the steps. Tip. Go further up the steps as there are more photo spots. Aryashima area was very very crowded but we managed to take some nice photos in between group of tours that came through. This area definitely need a whole day exploring as we also had to grab lunch here. The Golden temple again was very crowded by mid afternoon but it was beautiful. our tour guide Yuko was 10/10 in communication and helping us buy temple entry tickets and skipping the queues. Klook package was great and value for money. it would have cost so much more time and money to visit the three places separately. I also used the 24 hr cancellation policy on Klook and cancelled and rebooked for 24 hr later as the weather was forecast to be poor on my original date. So glad Klook was flexible enough and everything was fine in terms of refund and rebooking.

Fantastic trip. Everything is well organised ( even bus seats are allocated in advance!). We were very lucky with the weather and the trip to Daruma Katsoji temple was a highlight for us. Thank you, Apple!

We had a wonderful day during this tour despite the heavy rains. Apple was friendly, understanding, and patient. She’s also very fluent in English and Chinese. The itinerary gave us enough time to go around, though I wish there was more time to go around Arashiyama. Katsuoji temple was definitely my favorite temple. I’m glad I got to go there without any hassle thanks to this tour.
