Reviews
Location: Mibaru Beach is about a 30-40 minute drive from Naha. I don't know about public transportation because I didn't use it, but if you have a car, it's worth the drive because the water is very clear and there are unique rock formations, making the beach beautiful. Parking is paid (500 yen). Experience: You can take a transparent-bottom boat (about 12-seater) out to sea and observe underwater fish. The experience is short, about 20 minutes, but you can observe a variety of fish closely and clearly at four different points. It feels a bit different than seeing them in an aquarium. I think it's a good alternative if you can't dive. Pictures and names of frequently seen fish are posted on the boat. The captain kindly explains at the observation points, but only in Japanese. Safety: Personal safety equipment such as life jackets are not provided separately, but the boat has a roof and you can only ride sitting down, so it is not very dangerous.
This place is super fun and beautiful! The glass-bottom boat is really enjoyable, and there are lots of fish. The boat itself is in good condition. It's truly stunning when the weather is nice, but be aware that the boat trips take a while and don't return immediately.
Very cool experience. We arrived way earlier than expected and they let us change our time to an earlier departure which was great.
The reception staff was very enthusiastic. They were worried we'd have to wait a long time, so they quickly contacted the boat that had just departed to wait for us. Unfortunately, it was too cold that day, and the fish were hiding, but the captain specifically told us where the sea turtles were and even paused there to let us take pictures! Thumbs up!
Okinawa's ocean is very beautiful, and the beach also has Okinawa, which is great for taking photos. The sightseeing boat activities are very fun and well worth a visit!
The experience was very kid friendly! They took the boat out even though it was scheduled to rain all day which was nice, we could still see a lot! would reccomend to anyone!
Beautiful beaches, friendly drivers, and attractions worth visiting!
It's fun, with clear water and fine sand. You can see the seabed, which is so deep it seems bottomless, and there are fish and sea turtles. It's a great experience! 👍🏻
It was very busy, but convenient. Just show the QR code to the staff, and you're ready to board. If you're driving, go all the way to the end of the road for parking; the destination is right there when you get out of the car. The weather was overcast, but the underwater scenery was beautiful.
Checking the voucher was very convenient, and I was lucky enough to see sea turtles! The beach wasn't too crowded, and the large rocks on the shore were so beautiful! The vending machine on the beach doesn't accept electronic payments; you'll need Japanese yen.
