- Our staff will contact you by phone/SMS/WeChat between 20:00 and 21:00 the night before your trip to confirm the approximate pick-up time and location, as well as the vehicle number. The pick-up time on the day of departure will be approximately between 7:30 and 8:30 (may be earlier during Golden Week/holidays, please understand);
- This tour is a group tour, and the vehicle will be shared with other guests. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, one person per seat, and seats cannot be reserved. As this is a group tour for individual travelers, there may be waiting times for other travelers, please understand; Tickets for this route are calculated based on the travel agency’s group ticket price. Therefore, if you have a free ticket, you will be refunded 40 yuan/person. The child price does not include tickets and no refunds will be given;
- Children's Information: According to traffic regulations, tourist vehicles must not be overloaded, and all children must occupy a seat regardless of height. The cost of tourist vehicles is calculated based on the number of seats. Children under 1.2 meters in height should purchase the child price, and children over 1.2 meters in height should purchase the adult price directly;
- According to the principle of convenient routes for each hotel, the pick-up and drop-off range is limited to the urban area of Xiamen Island (Siming District/Huli District) in areas with convenient transportation, (Zengcuo'an/Tatu/Huang厝/Xiamen University/Zhongshan Road/Dongpu Road/). Because the hotels/guesthouses are all located on narrow roads, vehicles can only pick up and drop off at nearby intersections or bus stops; The airport/Wuyuan Bay/Guanyin Mountain area needs to be picked up at the nearest location; If you are on Gulangyu Island, please return to the Xiamen Ferry Terminal to gather; For traffic control or difficult-to-pass locations, please listen to the specific pick-up location notified by the staff the night before departure or follow the arrangement of the tour guide on the day to the most convenient pick-up location;
- In Xiamen, tourist vehicles are usually used in sets, and there may be mutual waiting during the trip, please understand.
- There are many self-operated shops in the scenic area, which are by no means shopping shops included in this product. Please shop carefully when entering the scenic area. If you encounter soliciting business, please judge whether to buy it yourself. Our store does not assume responsibility for quality problems and disputes;
- Refund and change instructions: Free refunds and changes are allowed before 17:00 one day before departure, without any loss; Refunds and changes after 17:00 one day before departure will incur a loss of 150 yuan/person; Cancellations after 00:00 on the day of departure will incur a full loss and no refunds will be given;
- Please sit still and do not walk around during the vehicle's journey, and fasten your seat belt. The co-pilot seat near the front door of the bus, the tour guide seat in the first row, and the middle seat in the last row of the bus are not allowed to be taken or used for luggage.
