  • Tourists must pay attention to their own safety and carry valuables with them! ! Do not leave valuables in the hotel or tour bus! Please take care of your personal belongings during the tour. The travel agency is not liable for compensation if losses occur due to improper personal custody.
  • You must bring valid ID documents with you when you depart. Tourists are responsible for losses caused by failure to present valid ID documents for check-in, train travel, hotel check-in, or scenic spot visits.
  • If complimentary items cannot be provided due to force majeure factors such as flights, weather, or scenic spot closures, the fee will not be refunded.
  • If a guest voluntarily leaves the group or changes the itinerary midway for personal reasons, it will be regarded as an automatic waiver. The travel agency cannot refund any fees, and the guest will be responsible for any other expenses and safety issues arising therefrom.
  • The travel agency does not recommend tourists to participate in activities where personal safety is uncertain. The travel agency is not responsible for the consequences arising from tourists acting without authorization.
  • Tourists must ensure that they are in good health to participate in the travel itinerary arranged by the travel agency and must not deceive or conceal any information. The travel agency is not responsible for any accidents caused by the tourist's physical discomfort.
