Back-to-Back Guimaras Island and Iloilo City Whole Day Tour

i have the highest expectations of a perfect tour from your agency, sadly a very dissappointing experience. Why was I not informed of las islas. The service was to pick us at 8am from our hotel and return at 6pm. The van arrived at 11 am, dropped us at the Iloilo wharf, waited for the tour guide. arrived Guimarass at past 12 noon . late lunch did not get to see promised places. the mango place was just a little corner as opposed to the picture. took hours for the food thus late lunch. by 3 pm we toured the Iloilo city with no tour guide except for the van driver who was very shy and hardly spoke, brought us to the historic places which we do not about. La paz Batchoy was another disappointing experience with subpar utensils and subpar service. Las Islas paid 100 pesos per person as a way as peace offering for a subpar service. Very unhappy experienced with your agency.I totally do not understand the poor service. Sadly, you lost our trust. Belen Palitang
