  • After placing an order, our staff will contact you and ask you to provide a photo of the first page of the passport/Return Home Permit/ID card of the traveler.
  • The tour guide or staff will contact you one day in advance around 9:30 PM-10:30 PM to inform you of the specific meeting time and place for the next day. Please keep your mobile phone accessible.
  • In the event of force majeure or policy adjustments that result in the inability to visit attractions, our company has the right to cancel or replace the attraction, but will not be liable for any losses or responsibilities caused thereby. Complimentary attractions in the itinerary will not be refunded if they cannot be visited.
  • If a guest leaves the group midway or changes the itinerary for personal reasons, the company cannot refund the fees, and the guest shall bear any other expenses incurred.
  • The guest shall bear any detention and expenses caused by force majeure (such as flight or train delays, natural disasters, etc.).
  • If tourists find any quality problems during the journey, please contact the tour guide in time to solve them locally. Please do not resolve them after the team returns. The complaint requests after the tourist returns are mainly based on the opinion form filled in by the tourist in Xi'an. Our company will not accept other requests.
  • Please be sure to pay attention to your own safety, and carry valuables with you!! Do not leave valuables in the hotel or tourist bus! Please take care of your personal belongings during the tour. If you lose them due to your own improper custody, the travel agency will not be liable for compensation.
  • If a tourist voluntarily leaves the team or abandons tourist attractions for personal reasons during the trip, it will be regarded as a voluntary abandonment, and the cost will not be refunded.
  • Please consider carefully and grasp the quality and price when shopping locally. It is recommended to issue an invoice when shopping locally.
  • The travel agency does not recommend tourists to participate in activities with uncertain personal safety. The travel agency prohibits tourists from swimming in rivers, lakes, and seas. If tourists act without authorization and cause consequences, the travel agency will not be liable.
  • Tourists must ensure that they are in good health before participating in the travel itinerary arranged by the travel agency, and must not deceive or conceal. If any accident occurs due to the tourist's physical discomfort, the travel agency will not be liable.
  • Please provide your real name and ID number when registering. It is recommended that tourists purchase accident insurance.
  • Elderly people over seventy years old need to provide a hospital certificate and a disclaimer from the guest, and must be accompanied by family members before they can join the group. If there is no above information, our company has the right to refuse reception.
  • Hotel pick-up details: The tour guide will pick up guests at designated locations from 6:30 AM. The pick-up time is between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM in the morning. The specific time is subject to the phone notification from the tour guide before departure in the morning. If you live in a hotel within the Second Ring Road, you can wait in the hotel for a special car to pick you up (the time it takes for the vehicle to travel while waiting and picking up other guests may be up to about 1.5 hours). If you do not want to wait, you can also go to a designated location. Guests outside the Second Ring Road can go to a landmark location within the Second Ring Road to wait for the car.
  • This route does not arrange seats, and follows the principle of first come, first served on the tourist bus. Special needs for being as close to the front as possible will not be accepted. Please understand.
  • The travel agency does not arrange shopping stops in the product route, but many places passed during the itinerary (such as: scenic spots, hotels, restaurants, airports, train stations, etc.) have shopping shops inside. These are not arranged by the travel agency, and our company cannot guarantee the quality of their goods. Please choose carefully.
  • For return passengers, the reference time for large transportation: trains after 16:00, high-speed trains after 16:30, and airplanes after 18:00.
  • Xi'an Museum and Da Cien Temple are complimentary attractions. No refunds will be given if you do not go. It does not include explanations. If it is closed on Tuesday, it will be regarded as a voluntary cancellation.
  • Complimentary item——《Xi'an Eternal Love》, no refund if you don't watch it, no changes will be made.
  • If all complimentary items cannot be visited due to special circumstances, no refunds will be given.
