This is my second time booking a Gannan trip through Klook, and the experience is still perfect! The overall itinerary was well-planned and relaxed, with efficient and smooth communication throughout, making the process hassle-free. The hotels arranged were of outstanding quality, with high-end and comfortable environments. After upgrading to a suite, it perfectly met our group's personalized accommodation needs. I especially want to thank our driver, Master Wang Lei, who is truly a gold-star driver! He has that unique, honest, and down-to-earth quality typical of people from the Northwest. His driving was steady and experienced, making us feel safe and reliable throughout our journey across the plateau. He was also warm and thoughtful, even taking the initiative to help us find authentic and affordable local food, which was both delicious and reasonably priced. Traveling through the Gannan Plateau, with its vast landscapes, brought a clear and healing state of mind. This trip was fulfilling and unforgettable, and I will definitely continue to choose Klook for future travels.

We were incredibly fortunate to have Master Cai as our driver for the entire Hexi Corridor trip. He was professional and reliable, driving smoothly and safely, and was very familiar with the road conditions and details of all the attractions. He has a deep understanding of the history and culture along the Dunhuang and Qilian routes, and could eloquently describe the local customs and traditions along the way. He proactively shared many practical local tips, helping us avoid potential pitfalls. He flexibly adjusted the pace of the itinerary based on our preferences, never rushing us, and managed our time perfectly. He is easygoing and meticulous, taking excellent care of us throughout the journey. His driving was steady, making the entire experience exceptional. Our youngest traveler rated him 200 out of 100!

The Great Northwest is beautiful and worth visiting for everyone. The staff in the group were very responsive, and the driver during the trip was very enthusiastic, helping with luggage every day. The itinerary and time spent at each attraction were also very well planned. Thank you!

Our six-day Qinghai tour has come to a perfect end! Although the long bus rides were tiring, the stunning scenery of the Northwest was enough to make up for everything. The travel agency's itinerary planning was excellent, their service response was prompt, and they quickly helped us adjust our plans when needed. Our driver deserves special praise: he drove incredibly smoothly, with no sudden stops throughout the trip, making us feel very safe and comfortable. He proactively helped us get tickets at attractions, explained what we needed to know for our visits, and shared interesting facts about the local culture and customs along the way. He was meticulous and reliable. Our overall experience was fantastic, and the trip was relaxing and enjoyable. We're almost ready to head home and are a little sad to leave. Highly recommended!

Driver followed our planned itinerary and brought us to clean rest stops throughout the trip. However, the journey was extremely tiring with long driving hours every day. The driver appeared to be unwell and was coughing throughout the trip, which affected the overall experience. We were also dropped at the wrong hotel on the last day and had to contact the driver to return and pick us up. Overall, the trip was completed as planned but the experience could have been better organised.
