Admission Arrangements

When using wheelchairs and electric wheelchairs within the AsiaWorld-Expo, the following regulations must be followed:

• Wheelchair seats are only available to persons who rely on wheelchairs and their caregivers. Each wheelchair user can purchase a caregiver ticket at the same time when purchasing a wheelchair seat ticket. Wheelchair seat ticket holders must produce proof of reduced mobility if requested by AWE staff upon entry^. **Any person who is not a wheelchair user or is not accompanying a wheelchair user and holds a wheelchair seat ticket or a caregiver ticket will be refused admission by AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and no refund will be made. In case of any disputes, AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the organisers reserve the right of final decision. ** ^Proof of limited mobility refers to the “Registration Card for Persons with Disabilities” (Physical Disability Type) or other valid medical certificates to show limited mobility.
• Ticket holders who are wheelchair users and require assistance from venue staff to seat, please call AsiaWorld-Expo (+852-3606 8000) before the show to make arrangements in advance. Wheelchair users are also advised to arrive at the performance venue early to allow venue staff to arrange smooth seating.

Important revelation

• Unauthorized photography, video recording and audio recording are prohibited inside the performance venue. Visitors are required to undergo bag/backpack inspection before entering the venue. Items larger than 38 x 30 x 20 cm (15 x 12 x 8 in), all professional cameras, video and audio recording equipment and stools/foldable chairs are not allowed into the performance venue. Long umbrellas are not allowed into the concert. If you have the above restricted items, please store them at the luggage storage counter or the self-service lockers on the basement floor.
• Event tickets must be purchased from official ticket sales outlets. Any damaged, defaced, altered, incomplete or photocopied tickets will not be accepted.
• All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Each ticket is valid for one person only and must comply with the audience age limit set by the organizer. Lost standing or unreserved tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances.
• For safety reasons, selfie sticks are not allowed in the venue.
• Age limit for seated audience: 3 years old and above only.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited within AsiaWorld-Expo.
• No outside food or drinks are allowed into AsiaWorld-Expo.
• It is strictly prohibited to bring glass bottles, any inflatable objects lighter than air, regardless of their material (such as balloons), any dangerous goods, weapons, sprays or sharp objects into the performance venue.
• The possession and use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited within AsiaWorld-Expo.
• The sale or distribution of unauthorized merchandise or other items is strictly prohibited within AsiaWorld-Expo.
• Standing on the seats is not allowed.
• Do not stay on stairways and public corridors.
• It is strictly prohibited to bring LED light signs, release fireworks, or use laser equipment.
• It is not allowed to bring or use any remote-controlled flying devices or toys (such as model helicopters, drones).
• The show may feature strong lights, flashes or smoke effects. If audience members feel unwell or require assistance, please notify the on-site medical or security personnel as soon as possible.
• Ticket speculation is strictly prohibited. AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the Organiser reserve the right to cancel any ticket if it has been used, resold, shared with others or used for other commercial purposes.
• Latecomers may be arranged to enter at an appropriate time, but the right to enter cannot be guaranteed.
• Except for guide dogs with written consent from AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited, no animals are allowed into the venue.
• Ticket holders will be deemed to have agreed to comply with and accept the applicable terms and conditions of AsiaWorld-Expo, the organizer and its official ticketing when using the ticket. The terms and conditions may be amended from time to time without prior notice.
• AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited, as the venue provider, cannot guarantee that participants’ view during the event will be completely unobstructed.
• In case of any disputes, AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the organisers reserve the right of final decision.
• In case of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
