Sasha knows the major attractions of Jiuzhaigou like the back of her hand and can explain the characteristics and ecological background of each attraction in detail. Her words are vivid, and her stories are fascinating, making every visit full of anticipation. Sasha's arrangements for the itinerary were also very reasonable, allowing us to avoid peak crowds during our visit to Jiuzhaigou, making the whole process smoother. At each scenic spot, she would take us to the best viewing position to ensure that we could appreciate the most beautiful side of the scenic area. In addition, she also cared about our needs, always asked about our feelings, and ensured that we could all fully enjoy the beautiful scenery. It is worth mentioning that Sasha is very good at taking pictures for us. She not only recorded our beautiful moments in Jiuzhaigou, but also captured every best shooting angle, making our travel souvenir photos particularly charming. I was looking for a private tour for my family trip(4) that includes my parents in late 60s. I provided our travel dates and the destinations we were interested in, and Charley was helpful throughout the planning process. When we arrived at China, we were unaware that the 240-hour visa had certain regional limitations! We were really stressed out, but Charley efficiently helped us adjust our itinerary in a short period of time. Thanks to our assigned driver and English-speaking tour guide, our trip went smoothly and was full of fun experiences! Our Chengdu English speaking tour guide, Elfin, was very knowledgeable and shared fascinating facts and history about each place we visited. We also like that Lara, our trip assistant sent detailed daily reminders with the next day’s schedule, outfit tips, and other useful info. What impressed us most was how responsive and attentive the entire team was whenever we had questions. We truly appreciate their professionalism and care.

And The driver consistently checked in with us during the trip to make sure everything was going well and asked if we had any specific needs or concerns. This trip was all thanks to our leader, Xiao Yang! He's incredibly experienced and always quickly resolves unexpected situations. His wealth of experience ensured we didn't experience altitude sickness and had a blast. What touched us the most was his responsiveness to our requests. Whether it was adjusting the itinerary, recommending local delicacies, or taking photos and drone footage, he patiently fulfilled them all. The most unforgettable moment was on the snow mountain, where he braved the cold wind and rain to take pictures and videos for us, just so we could have perfect photos for our social media. Having such a responsible leader really maximized our happiness on the trip! The concierge provided timely itinerary updates and warm reminders about travel precautions every day. The hotels arranged were also excellent – clean, tidy, and met our requirements, offering great value for money. The guesthouse owners, in particular, were very friendly. Enjoyed our trip in Chengdu/Jiuzaigou especially the mountain area. For 1st time traveller if engaging a China pte tour agency like me, it is important for you to get your local sim card at China airport, as we didn't get it at airport and end up cumbersome to matter around in Chengdu city area, as their taxi and food delivery require a local number. Special thanks to our mountain area driver : 张志刚 for his patience and thoughtfulness, he has been taking good care of us in our mountain area itinerary explaining the elevated height that might endanger our life due to lack of oxygen. He has been a great help to us for getting us a local sim in the mountain area, really grateful to him 🙏 The only reason for giving a 4* rating was due to an accommodation at Emei where we were arranged to stay at a hotel that looks like a condo, we had breakfast in a central kitchen with few "hotels" like an old folks home... an unforgettable experience..

This was our first time booking a tour with Klook, and the entire process, from the butler to the travel consultant, was very professional.
