The ticket was cancelled one day before our booking . let’s our company told us to contact klook, but we have not received any refund yet. (after 2 days was passed)

The instruction was not clear, the QR code in Klook is useless, it is not a ticket. Have to get an official ticket in a pdf via email or whatsapp, it said it is via whatsapp but i didn't get via whatsapp. Then the audio guide is not the official one, since I only open the email from the supplier at the place. It gives me a link to download a 155mb app, then need further download another 80mb for the audio. But the network was poor inside the castle, so I could not even download it and turned out I did not get another audio during my visit. It was an upset experience and should have make it more clear that the klook voucher is not the e ticket to the entry of castle.
