1. The cruise ship has upper and lower VIP cabins. The prices displayed on the tickets are consistent, but the actual purchase prices are not (the price is higher than the face value, and the excess part is the manual booking service fee). If you mind, please do not place an order to book tickets, thank you;
2. Real-name purchase requires providing the ID card number or other valid documents of the boarding passenger (Hong Kong tourists need to provide a Home Return Permit, Taiwan tourists need to provide a Taiwan Compatriot Travel Permit, and foreign tourists need to provide a passport). For children's tickets, if there is no ID card, the guardian's ID number must be provided, and the guardian's ID number must be included in this cruise (customer service will confirm your ID information after placing the order);
3. Seats are randomly arranged by the scenic area's computer system, and it cannot be guaranteed that they will be consecutive. If necessary, please coordinate with other tourists on site to exchange seats.
4. If there are not enough upper cabin seats, they will be changed to lower cabin seats, charged according to the lower cabin standard, and the price difference will be refunded. The boat ticket is the invoice (the paper boat ticket has a special invoice seal), and no separate invoice will be issued.
5. Guilin city hotels (excluding surrounding counties) to Zhujiang Pier one-way shuttle bus shared transfer. Customer service will notify the meeting point and departure time before 22:00 the day before.
6. The Li River four-star cruise ship will pick you up at the hotel around 7:00 AM, and you will take the boat between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM (the specific boat schedule will be notified before 8:00 PM the day before).

After successful booking, our customer service staff will proactively contact you.
