• 【About Pick-up and Drop-off】Early morning pick-up is available for addresses within Chengdu's Third Ring Road. For areas outside the designated zone, please contact customer service to confirm if early pick-up is possible (if you choose the large group tour package, early pick-up involves shuttle service from multiple hotels to the bus assembly point). Drop-off location: If you choose the large group tour package, drop-off is at Qintai Road; if you choose the private tour package, you will be dropped off at a hotel within Chengdu's Third Ring Road.
• Regarding admission: All scenic spots require the original ID card or passport/Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan通行证 for admission. Please be sure to bring the documents you filled in when placing your order. If you are unable to enter the scenic spot due to forgetting to bring the relevant documents or incorrect documents, you will be responsible for the additional costs incurred.
• [Special Note - Leshan Cruise Suspension Plan] If weather conditions occur, such as heavy fog, torrential rain and floods, severe drought and low water levels, or other force majeure factors, the boat cannot be operated. At that time, it will be changed to cancel the Leshan Giant Buddha cruise and refund the ticket fee or change to climb the Leshan Giant Buddha.
• When the number of participants is small, the boat tour and hiking will be combined into a group trip. The departure and return times remain as previously described. During the boat tour, there will be no tour guide accompanying you. After the boat tour, you will need to proceed independently to the designated location to meet the team.
• The sightseeing times, as well as the meeting and dismissal times during the itinerary, are for reference only and may be adjusted based on the traffic/crowd conditions on the day. Please refer to the actual notification. Our agency reserves the right to adjust the sequence of the itinerary, but the content of the tour will not be reduced. If the itinerary is affected by irresistible factors, the travel agency will assist tourists in resolving the issue but will not bear the resulting losses. Any additional expenses incurred due to this will be borne by the tourists themselves.
• Please ensure that you are in good health and suitable for travel. If there are elderly people aged 70 or older (inclusive) among the travelers, they must be accompanied by at least one relative aged 18-69 to participate in the tour. Thank you for your understanding.
• For safety reasons, this itinerary does not accept reservations for pregnant women. Thank you for your understanding.
• This itinerary involves a lot of walking, please ensure your physical condition allows it. It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and shoes, and pay attention to safety during the trip.
• Cultural and creative stores, souvenir shops, and small convenience stores may be available within the scenic area, at the scenic area exit, and at rest stops and restaurants along the way. Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the event. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Eligibility

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• Due to different standards for scenic spots/venues, children's prices only include a seat and do not include admission fees. Tickets need to be purchased according to the scenic spot's policy.
