- The operator will send detailed tour guide and vehicle information via email approximately between 18:00 and 21:00 the day before the trip, so please be sure to check it in time. In peak season, the email push time may be delayed, please understand. If you receive multiple emails due to special circumstances, please refer to the latest email.
- Please be aware that the tour guide may shorten the itinerary based on the actual conditions of the day's excursion, as Japanese law stipulates that vehicles may not be used for more than 10 hours.
- Due to the long journey, please understand if there is a traffic jam. The operator does not bear any subsequent costs caused by delays due to traffic jams.
- During peak tourist seasons or other special circumstances, the departure time of the itinerary may be earlier or slightly delayed (the specific departure time is subject to the email notification the day before departure), so please be prepared in advance.
- As the day trip is a shared ride, please do not be late for the meeting point or attractions. No refunds will be given for no-shows, and you will be responsible for any accidents that may occur due to lateness, including related costs and liabilities.
- In the event of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the park may, without prior notice, delay or change the operating hours of facilities or show times, or even cancel some program operations and performances.
- This product may be adjusted based on weather conditions and other factors. For your safety, staff members reserve the right to ask guests to suspend outdoor activities and will communicate with you to make alternative arrangements. The specifics are subject to the actual conditions on the day.
- The transportation, sightseeing, and stay times involved in the itinerary are subject to the actual conditions of the day. In case of special circumstances (such as traffic jams, weather reasons, etc.), the tour guide may reasonably adjust the order of attractions in the itinerary with the consent of the guests, without reducing the attractions in the itinerary.
- Each guest can bring one piece of luggage for free. Please make a note in the "Special Request" section when placing your order! If you do not inform us one day in advance and bring luggage on the day of travel, the tour guide has the right to refuse you to board the bus because it will cause congestion in the carriage and affect driving safety, and the fee will not be refunded. The operator will arrange different vehicle types according to the actual number of travelers, and specific vehicle types cannot be specified.
- During the team trip, it is not allowed to leave the group early or leave the group midway. If you choose to leave the group midway, the uncompleted portion will be regarded as your voluntary abandonment, and no fees will be refunded. Tourists need to bear their own responsibility for any accidents that may occur after leaving the group.
- For hotel transfer arrangements, please wait outside the hotel lobby. Please check your email for the specific pick-up time.

- Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given

- The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

- Children aged 0-17 must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Children aged 3+ will be charged the same rate as adults
