Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity starts
• 50% refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 2 day(s) before the selected activity date. Contact Klook customer service for any refunds
• 72 Hours or Less: For cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour commencement time, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied. 48 Hours or Less: For cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour commencement time, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied. Please Note: Cancellations can significantly impact our operations. We incur costs for resources and pre-payments to ensure a smooth tour experience. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 10 minutes or more
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
