• Snow — We run this tour through winter and early spring. Snow is possible but never guaranteed — Tbilisi's weather does what it wants. From late February onwards expect mud and rain more than powder.
• Traffic — Tbilisi mornings can be slow. We leave on time regardless. Build in a 10-minute buffer if you're coming from the far side of the city.
• Timing — We start on time out of respect for all guests. Arrive 5 minutes early — your guide will be there to welcome you. If you miss departure, contact us and we'll find the next available date together.
• Food — No lunch stop on this tour. Bring snacks, especially with kids. If you have dietary needs (halal, vegan, gluten-free) sort that before you leave — there are no guaranteed food options on the route.

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Please dress accordingly depending on the day's weather conditions

What to wear

• What to wear — Layers. Proper walking shoes, not sneakers. If you own waterproof boots, bring them. It gets cold, and the terrain gets muddy after rain.

Vehicle & luggage info

• Please limit the weight of baggage to a maximum of 10 kg

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Tickets can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded

• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
