Our half day sunrise tour was excellent! Noun was a wonderful guide and host. He took great care of us, and even helped some of our group find their bus to Phnom Penh. Noun's instructions were always clear and helpful. I was surprised we didn't feel rushed! We were given ample time to explore and take photos on our own. He was also very happy to help take professional photos of us too. I really appreciated the cold bottles of water and air conditioned bus, as it was hot! The mid morning break for breakfast was a welcome part of our tour too. I loved seeing just a few key temples, and getting back at a great time, as we needed to leave for the airport that afternoon. I highly recommend Noun and this tour. We learned really important facts about the area, the people and culture of Cambodia.
Good English speaking guide,Tomely information and timely departure,Arrangement of vegetarian Breakfast on request Oveall trip was good our guide Chammum was good
Our tour guide, Noun, is very knowledgeable about the history of Angkor Wat and has a pleasant personality. He made the trip both enjoyable and interesting. Noun shared fascinating stories and historical details that brought the ancient temples to life. His enthusiasm and sense of humor kept everyone engaged throughout the tour. He was also very attentive, answering our questions with patience and clarity. Thanks to Noun, we gained a deeper appreciation for Angkor Wat and its cultural significance.
Had a great time with Mr.Kosul! Had plenty of time at each temple and got a insightful overview of the rich history. Mr.Kosul was very knowledgeable and didn't hesitate to answer questions outside of the prepared material.
perfect tour to experience Angkor Wat, not too short or long. Highly recommend taking tours with a small group. you have a better chance to hear a guide explaining the temples and were able to move around quickly, minimizing wasted time counting heads to make sure everyone is at the meeting location. our guide Nuon were very thorough explaining each sites and history. Received confirmation and pick up time promptly.
very good tour! thanks to Chan for guiding and helping to understand temples and culture! :) Chan made a great job :)
Tour guide Indiana Johns is really nice.
First of all, regarding this tour, this site doesn't mention anything about the Angkor Wat pass, which makes you think you can join the tour for just over 2,000 yen. But in reality, you need at least a 1-day pass for an additional $37. I felt it was quite inconsiderate that this wasn't mentioned at all. If you were to participate without a credit card or enough money, wouldn't you end up not being able to participate because you couldn't buy a pass? Then, on the day of the tour, I was scheduled to be picked up at 4:30 AM, but at 4:30 AM I received an email asking me to purchase the pass online. I had done some research beforehand and was used to buying things online, so I was able to purchase it quickly, but older people probably wouldn't be able to respond so quickly. Also, in addition to the 1-day pass, there are also 3-day and 7-day passes available, and if you haven't done some research, you might not know which one to buy. Moreover, all the emails are in English. Elderly people or people who don't understand English at all want to rely entirely on the tour. The tour itself was good in terms of content, and the guide and driver were kind and helpful. However, I'm not happy with the explanation of the content on this KLOOK site. I hope it will be improved. I want to see if it has been improved.
