On-site Event Notes:

• 1.The event album price includes international shipping fees to Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan (however, customers can choose not to have the album shipped back, in which case they will not receive the included cards). The event album price does not include local shipping fees. The local shipping fee for the album will be arranged by the organizer via SF Express, and the local shipping fee will be paid by the purchaser.
• 2.Customers who qualify to attend the fan sign event (on-stage fan sign/on-site attendance prizes) can participate in a "Say Bye" farewell with the artist at the end of the event.
• 3.After the winner list is announced, the official will send an email notification regarding relevant matters. If you do not provide the correct email address in your order and thus fail to receive updates about the fan sign event, the organizer will not be responsible for any consequences (including but not limited to being unable to obtain important information such as the event location and time).
• 4.The seating order for the fan sign event will be based on the serial number of the announced winner list. The on-site layout diagram will be announced separately.
• 5.Identity verification will be conducted at the event site. Please be sure to bring the valid physical ID document listed in your order (ID card, Hong Kong/Macau pass, or passport) with a photo for facial verification, along with your real name, date of birth, and ID number. After on-site verification, staff will issue the admission pass. Any issues with the admission pass must be reported to staff during the verification process; no changes will be made after leaving the counter. Lost or damaged admission or other benefit passes will not be reissued, and the organizer will not be responsible for any consequences of being unable to enjoy event benefits.
• 6.The use of flashlights and tripods is prohibited at this fan sign event.
• 7.Each fan sign winner will only have one chance to go on stage. When queuing to go on stage, please follow your assigned number and staff instructions.
• 8.Please present your admission pass before going on stage for the fan sign. The admission pass is the only credential for participating in the fan sign segment. If lost, you will not be able to participate in the fan sign.
• 9.During the fan sign event, the album used for signing will be prepared on-site. The signed album will be one of the albums purchased by the winner.
• 10During the on-site fan sign event, each person can only receive a To-sign and PS on the album. Signatures will not be provided on any other items, including album cards and other album accessories.
• 11.Recording is only allowed during the Phototime segment of this fan sign event. Recording is prohibited at any other time or in any other manner. No props are needed during the Phototime segment, and no props will be collected on-site. Please take note.
• 12.Hand-signed instant photos and albums will be mailed to winners after the event. Other event-related albums will be mailed within two months after the fan sign event ends. The number of albums received by winners will be [purchase quantity - 1 album].
• 13.In case of any disputes, the Chinese content announced by the organizer shall prevail, and the organizer reserves the final right to revise and adjust the content of this event.

Important Notes:

• 1.A complete 6-sided unboxing video is required for after-sales service; otherwise, after-sales service will not be provided (after-sales service is valid within 7 days of receipt).
• 2.The unboxing video must be recorded in one continuous shot without editing or splicing, capturing the entire unboxing process.
• 3.Please ensure your delivery information is accurate and that you remain reachable. If delivery issues arise due to inaccurate information provided by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for the consequences.
• 4.If forged unboxing videos are discovered, they will not be processed, and the account will be permanently blacklisted. Legal action may be taken against the forger if necessary.
