Ticket & Entry Policies
- Cast may change without notice; refunds won’t be issued for cast changes.
- Show your voucher at reception; ID/passport checks may occur randomly.
Venue Guidelines
- Mobile phone use is strictly prohibited during the performance, except in emergencies.
- The venue is not wheelchair accessible.
- Some areas are small and dimly lit, with stairs, overhead obstacles, flashing lights, and smoke effects that may cause discomfort.
Code of Conduct
- Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited.
- Guests must wear the provided Fox Mask anywhere on the head (not covering the face). - Large baggage that doesn’t fit in lockers may be left outside; secure your valuables.
Photography & Social Media
- Only smartphone photography and videography are allowed.
- Before the show, most artworks can be photographed.
- Videos must be under 15 seconds; recording while walking is not allowed.
- No photography or recording after the performance begins.
Health & Safety
- Guests with a fever of 37.5°C+ or cold symptoms cannot enter.
- Speaking is strictly prohibited once the show starts.
- If you feel unwell, inform staff immediately. Depending on your condition, you may be asked to leave.
