I visited with a Rome Pass that included the Vatican and the Colosseum. I checked the visiting time by email and made a reservation, and the staff kindly guided me. The Colosseum and the Roman Forum seen from the outside were beautiful enough, but the view up close after entering was really beautiful. It was convenient to be able to make reservations for attractions that required reservations online in advance with the Rome City Pass. Among them, the Catacomb Tour was a unique experience, and the pleasant driver made the tour even more enjoyable.

My sister & I booked separately but ended up with the same voucher for the hop on/hop off bus. Would have wasted a whole day waiting for a response, but the bus company took screenshots of our info and issued a second ticket, 1 & 1/2 hours later....wasn't until a day later that I received an email from your company. My sister is still waiting for a response!

I am requesting a refund. What you sold was a "Rome City Pass," not individual tickets. The tickets you gave me have impossible times: one at 08:45 and another at 17:00. When you sold this service, you didn't give me any option to choose times! Everyone should read carefully before buying, unless you're staying there for 3-4 days, otherwise, you won't be able to use it. I will be escalating this to the Hong Kong Consumer Council!!!
