  • After purchasing your ticket, please arrive at the Kenting Express Line counter at THSR Zuoying Station 10 minutes in advance to check in and exchange for a physical ticket.

Requests submitted after the departure time will not be accepted, and tickets cannot be canceled. Thank you for your understanding.

Eligibility

  • Children aged 12+ will be charged the same rate as adults

Half-price tickets are applicable to:

  • Aged 65 or over: (i) Seniors holding a National ID card for seniors or (ii) Seniors holding a Taiwan Resident Certificate.
  • Holders of disability certificates, and one necessary guardian or companion
  • Children aged six to under twelve years old
  • Passengers are required to cooperate with ticket verification and have identification documents ready. If you do not meet the eligibility requirements for concession tickets, you will need to pay the difference or purchase a new ticket.

  • Please note that one child seat is equivalent to one passenger
