Lishan Garden is the core area of the Mausoleum of Qin Shi Huang, backed by Mount Li, with a complete and grand layout. The Terracotta Army is located 1.5 kilometers east of the Mausoleum of Qin Shi Huang in Lintong District, Xi'an City. It is a burial pit of the Mausoleum of Qin Shi Huang, covering an area of 22,780 square meters, and is known as the "Eighth Wonder of the World." Pit 1 is a rectangular military formation mainly composed of infantry and chariots; Pit 2 is a multi-armed pit including cavalry, charioteers, and infantry, and is the essence of the Terracotta Army pits; Pit 3 is smaller in scale, containing warhorses and warrior figures; there is also the unfinished Pit 4.
As the first of the Five Emperors, the Yellow Emperor unified ancient China, completed the first great integration of the Chinese nation, and laid the foundation for the embryonic form of the Chinese nation-state. The Mausoleum of the Yellow Emperor is a spiritual symbol of the Chinese nation, embodying the emotions of the Chinese people.
Ci'en Temple is located in the southern suburbs of Xi'an City. It was a famous and magnificent Buddhist temple in Chang'an City during the Tang Dynasty, built by imperial decree of the Li Tang royal family, and is one of the ancestral temples of the Yogacara school. The Giant Wild Goose Pagoda was built to preserve the Buddhist scriptures and statues brought back to Chang'an by Master Xuanzang from India via the Silk Road. The pagoda has seven stories and a total height of 64.517 meters; the temple also preserves numerous steles, Buddhist statues, and other cultural relics. Master Xuanzang translated Buddhist scriptures and propagated Buddhism here, making it a Buddhist center and cultural exchange hub at that time, playing an important role in the spread of Buddhism and cultural exchange, and possessing a profound historical and cultural heritage.

In March 2025, four of us took this trip to Xi'an. The itinerary was very well organized and there was plenty of time to visit each tourist attraction. In addition, the tour guide explained clearly, which gave us a better understanding of Xi'an. Among them, the tour guide Xiao Ma deserves praise. He helped us get off the bus on the way and booked a car for us in advance so that we could rush to see Song of Everlasting Regret. Thank you very much Xiao Ma.
