Yuzawa Kogen Ski Resort Lift Ticket & Ski/Snowboard Rental

The greatest option for beginners! They offer a wonderful family hill at the base of the ropeway for learning, and then moving up the mountain for bigger challenges. Perfect day!!

it's was amazing but getting there was a challenging if you're coming from city tokyo. superb place for first timer and beginner. the rental was close to the lifts but additional charges for your apparel. the price is only for boards. anyways will visit again .

package is good but instructions were not clear. We went to the ticket office which is next to the equipment office thinking that it one-two but we were given lift tickets and rental tickets which we have to pick up outside next to the resort. however, the resort doesn’t rent gloves or goggles but the vendor does.

Although the price including snow equipment is cheap, the quality of the equipment is very poor. You need to go to the ski pass hall to exchange tickets first, then walk out of the hall to the road to find a cooperative equipment store to get the equipment. The equipment in this store is not very good, or they give the bad equipment to people who have equipment tickets. The first pair of snowboard boots leaked water, and the snowboard was just casually given from outside. The equipment quality and experience were extremely poor (it is recommended to rent equipment in the ski resort, and don't choose the equipment from the store included in the ticket price). The ski resort environment and slopes are ok.

the chepest option that we can get for ski in yuzawa but their services exceeded my expectations!! definitely worth it

Nice place to sbowboard for beginner. They have areataurants up in the mountains. Powder is very nice and fresh.

transportation to the skii resort was not convenient. the rental store for the included package is at the outside of the skii resort, hence was not convenient. However, the snow here was nice.

Redeem your voucher first, then go next door to pick up your snow gear.

Unable to redeem the voucher, Klook just told us to ask the on-site staff to redeem it, but they couldn't provide assistance either. Klook said that a refund could only be arranged if we provided receipts for the snow tickets, etc. Plus, a lot of time had already been spent communicating, so we had to continue the trip and buy regular price tickets on-site. A lot of time was spent dealing with the redemption and communicating with Klook. We had to wait online for a response during our trip, and if we left for a moment, Klook would end the conversation, and we had to contact them again, which really affected our mood for traveling and having fun. Fortunately, the customer service was very trustworthy, saying that they would handle our case as soon as possible and did arrange a refund! I hope Klook pays attention to the redemption process and situation to avoid similar incidents from happening again, thank you!

Description could have been better to state that ski pass is ONLY for yuzawa kogen, not gala yuzawa and ishiuchi matsuyama combined, and that a top up will be required for the 3 mountain pass. if one elect to do so, the total which will cost more than a combined ticket bought online. Ended up topping up as yuzawa kogen had only the (crowded) learner slope as the upper slopes were closed due to winds.
