  • Entry is granted via QR code only. Printed tickets are not required.
  • Each ticket requires an additional platform handling fee of HK$18.
  • You will need your ticket to enter and exit the show. Please retain your ticket for the entire duration of your visit.
  • Each ticket admits one person only. A valid ticket must be presented for admission.
  • Admission is free for children at the age of 3 or younger when accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket.
  • Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult, with each adult allowed to bring only one child. Please keep in mind the one-to-one ratio of guardians to children as you plan your visit, especially in a group setting.
  • Group visits for 8 people or more must register via Group Visit Registration Form prior to your visit. Please note and adhere to the Rules and Regulations for group visit. Due to the fragility of certain artworks and space restrictions, the galleries listed in the ‘Group Visit Refusal List’ are not open to group visits.
  • Bags, briefcases, and similar items larger than 9″ x 6″ x 7″ (23 x 15 x 18 cm) must be deposited at the Coat Check. Items that do not comply with this policy are prohibited. Only one bag per person is allowed.
  • Do not buy eTicket from any unauthorised channel or agent. eTicket holders with a duplicated ticket or a resold ticket may be refused for entry. KLOOK, the venue or the organiser shall take no responsibility for any direct or indirect loss due to admission by an unauthorised individual.
