Kyoto Miyama Old Gassho Village Tour: Ine Boathouse & Amanohashidate & Chionji Temple & Miyama Kayabuki Gassho Village Day Trip (Departing from Osaka)

A wonderful experience. Although the weather conditions were not ideal, the trip still went smoothly. I was especially impressed with our young tour guide, Wang Qi. He could speak multiple languages to communicate and assist everyone in the group. He was very enthusiastic and thoughtful.

Our guide Liu San was very nice and knowledgeable. The tour was well planned and I loved the scenery!!! This is definitely a trip worth going on. Experiencing all the sides and natures of Kyoto was beautiful and breathtaking. Loved it!!!

This day trip to Ine Funaya, Amanohashidate, and Miyama Town, departing from Osaka, was a fantastic experience! Our guide, Liuhua, was professional and attentive, proactively contacting us before the trip via WhatsApp / WeChat / LINE to provide detailed reminders about the meeting point, time, and tour bus license plate number, which made us feel very reassured. The itinerary was well-organized, and before arriving at each attraction, Liuhua clearly explained the site's details, meeting time, and flow. The scenery that day was incredibly pleasant; whether it was the grandeur of Amanohashidate, the tranquility of Ine Funaya, or the rustic charm of Miyama's thatched-roof houses, everything was captivating. I highly recommend this tour to travelers who want to easily explore the beautiful outskirts of Kyoto!

The day before the trip, meeting information will be sent via email. We gathered early in the morning at Exit 2 of Nihonbashi, where tour leader Li Songlan waited for tourists holding a sign. Before arriving at each attraction, the tour leader also provided explanations in multiple languages. Ine Funaya (where you can feed seagulls and eagles from a boat) is perfect for both adults and children, though unfortunately, the boathouses can only be viewed from a distance on the boat. We took a walk near Amanohashidate (we didn't visit Chionji Temple because the cable car line was too long). The water was very clear, and the environment was peaceful and beautiful. I recommend bringing your own sandwiches or rice balls to have enough time to see everything. Miyama-cho Thatched Village is a tranquil village where the main activity is to appreciate the local customs. This trip involved a relatively long drive, so the itinerary was a bit tight, but we had opportunities to rest along the way. Arranging a day trip on a sightseeing bus during our free time in Osaka was truly a wise decision! I highly recommend tour guide Li Songlan; she was excellent!

It was a great experience visiting the Kyoto Ine boat house and Amanohashidate and Miyama Kayaburi Gassho Village.. taking boat to feed seagull and eagle was interesting .. My tour guide was Liu. It was such a fun day out, everything was nicely organized. All the activities were fun, particularly the boat trip in Ine Fishing village where we got to interact with eagles and seagulls!

First of all, thank you so much for the organization, and a huge thank you to our tour guide, Dong. He said it was his first tour, but it seems like he has it in his blood! He's a very funny guy and speaks several languages ​​very well, including English and Chinese! 🙇 Our first destination was the fishing village of Ine, an incredibly beautiful and peaceful place with a picturesque landscape! ❤️ Our second destination was Amanohashidate Viewland, also a picture-perfect place. We took the chairlift up and had an incredible view from there. The attractions at the viewpoint are great for all ages! The little town at the foot of the mountain is also beautiful, especially the temple complex near the parking lot! Finally, we visited the village of Miyama, which has such a unique setting. The thatched roofs are especially amazing. There's also a temple there that, compared to the temples in the city, has a truly mystical aura. All in all, a wonderful tour. Best regards, Marcell

I had a great time exploring Kyoto with our tour guide, Liuliu. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made everything easy to understand. Liuliu kept the tour fun and interesting, and he was very helpful with our questions. He also shared useful tips and recommendations. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. An incredible trip through beautiful scenery in Japan and lovely destinations. The journey itself was just as beautiful, with postcard-like landscapes along the way. beautiful experience! Mr. Yang resolve the issue I was having due to passenger in front of me had there chair laid all the way back giving me no space and knees stuck, luckily when I reach out to him about my situation he handle the situation professionally. All location of the tour was breathtaking, fun and calm!! will not on feeding the seagull 🤣🤣 if you love nature, this travel is for you!!!
