The cheese and prosciutto tour was fun and highly informative, led by our fabulous guide-driver Loris. The balsmic part of the tour wasn't - essentially a guide from the balsamic location, who pretty nuch just rushed through the museum. For a tour that starts at 815am (meeting time) till 415pm (drop off), some lunch should have been included or at least more food at each factory. Not just 3-4 pcs of cheese, a few slices of prosciutto with breadsticks, plus a few teaspoons of balsamic.
