• Learning coffee tasting
• Understanding the degree of roasting and characteristics of coffee beans
• Experience manual roasting of coffee beans (100G green beans)
• Learning simple coffee roasting principles
• Introduction to hand-drip coffee brewing tools
• Explanation of basic brewing theory and techniques
• Demonstration and explanation of hand-drip coffee
