Good to know
If you do not already have a ticket, please arrive at least 30–40 minutes early to purchase your ticket and change into ski wear.
Both children and adults should avoid wearing thick underwear, as it may restrict movement. Please wear thin base layers instead.
Goggles and balaclavas (face covers) are not available for rent. Please purchase them in your home country or at the resort. However, prices at the resort are very high, so we strongly recommend buying them before your trip. Helmets are available for rent at the resort.
For socks, thin, knee-high ski socks are the most comfortable and practical.
For children, neck warmers can interfere with activities. If you prefer a neck cover, bring a balaclava that can cover both the neck and face. Tight-fitting gloves are recommended, and mittens are also a good option.
Please use the restroom before class begins. If you need to go during the lesson, make sure to inform your instructor.
When renting ski boots, the best option is to choose the exact size. If they feel uncomfortable, go half a size up for a better fit.
