We loved this experience. This SPA is the whole new world for us. They give you super cute PJ and slippers. They have hot pool and showers area (gender-separated) with all the amenities included and public zones with unlimited fruits and ice-cream, movie hall, steam rooms, separated zones for families, game zones and relax area with beds where you can stay overnight and eat breakfast. 5 out of 5
The entire experience was a first-class one. I would highly recommend anyone who visits Shanghai to visit Shanghui for an experience of a lifetime! Staff were excellent, facilities were top-notch and the massages were out of this world. Just don't get a culture shock the first 10 minutes in the shower area, and you are all good to go! 😁 I would definitely return in my next trip! Highly highly recommended!
I still had to pay for this treatment even though the Klook voucher was not valid. And I don't know how to get Klook to refund my money.
I bought my ticket through Klook, but at the entrance they insisted I pay again, saying the QR code was “only for reservation.” Very disappointing. Also, the place was extremely dirty inside. Not worth it at all.
