• ⁠Please ensure that the email address, phone number, last name, and first name entered at checkout are correct. No changes are allowed once the order is confirmed.
• ⁠ ⁠If delivery failure is caused by an inaccurate address provided by customer, the Organizer or Klook will not be liable for compensation, ticket reissue or refund.
• The exact e-ticket delivery time may be adjusted according to the organizer’s arrangements. If there are any changes, Klook will notify you by email.
• KlookCash or promo code cannot be used for payment when purchasing this event. No KlookCash would be earned from this event purchase.
• All age welcome for Marketplace; Each ticket holder can bring up to 2 children no taller than 100cm.
• Complex Live! concerts are only available to ticket holders who are 12 years old or above and 140 cm or above in height.

Other Important Information:

• Outside food or drinks are not allowed inside the venue. If food or drinks cause any damage or contamination to the venue’s facilities, a cleaning fee of HKD $2,000 will be charged.
• For safety reasons, please do not bring any wheeled luggage, strollers, umbrellas, selfie sticks, dangerous goods, or animals into the venue. A limited number of storage facilities for strollers and luggage are available. The organizers will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or compensation related to these items.
• Visitors should take proper care of their belongings. The organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items inside the venue, nor will they provide any compensation.
• Visitors should assess their personal health condition before participating in any activities. If an accident occurs during the event that results in injury or death to the visitor or others, the visitor will bear full responsibility. The organizers will not be liable for any claims or compensation.
• To avoid any confusion, visitors agree to compensate the organizers for any damages caused by them to the venue's property, which may result in losses, expenses, claims, or liabilities.
• For the safety of all visitors, CCTV surveillance has been installed inside the venue.
• Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources or resellers will result in denial of entry, and legal action may be taken against the ticket holder.
• In the event of a typhoon or heavy rain warning on the day of the event, please check the official website for relevant updates and arrangements.
• Tickets and any related service fees sold through any means are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.
• The organizers reserve the right to change or modify the event's content and arrangements for any reason. Any changes will not be announced separately. Under no circumstances will tickets or service fees be refunded or exchanged.
• If there are any changes to the ticketing and entry rules, no prior notice will be given. Under all circumstances, tickets and related service fees are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.
• These terms and conditions, including any unaddressed matters, are subject to the final interpretation, addition, and modification by the organizers. In case of any disputes, the organizers reserve the right to make the final decision. Visitors agree to comply with all terms and conditions.
• In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (the “Ordinance”), the organizers notify visitors of the following:
• i. Visitors are required to provide personal information (including name, phone number, and email address) to the organizers when purchasing tickets for [ComplexCon 2026] (the “Event”). If customer purchase more than one order, please ensure that the personal information (including name, phone number, and email) in each order is consistent, otherwise the ticket redemption may fail.
• ii. For security purposes, personal data may be disclosed or transferred to the venue’s owner (the “Owner”) and/or its affiliated companies.
• iii. If visitors fail to provide their personal information, the organizers and/or the owner may not approve their participation in the event or grant access to the venue.
• iv. The organizers collect personal information from visitors as part of their normal business operations.
• v. Personal data may be used for the following purposes:

    * a. To process the registration and booking for the event;
    * b. To meet the venue’s security requirements;
    * c. To provide the necessary information to the owner to grant visitors access to the event venue;
    * d. To operate services provided to visitors;
    * e. To promote the organizers’ and/or their agents’ services and products;
    * f. For operational purposes and statistical analysis by the organizers;
    * g. To send visitors information about the event and related programs;
    * h. To send electronic communications and updates to visitors.
