Please, everyone, don't be fooled! This is a complete scam. You buy this tour and can't redeem the tickets at the venue; you have to buy new ones. When you contact customer service, they ignore you and just tell you to provide proof that you couldn't redeem the tickets. The people at the ticket booth told us that this ticket has been invalid for a long time. I sent a photo of the ticket I bought to customer service, and they still didn't accept it.
