- Hukou Waterfall shuttle bus not included: Students, children, seniors over 65, and other individuals with free admission discount credentials entering from the South entrance must carry their credentials with them. The Hukou Waterfall Scenic Area requires a separate 10 RMB insurance fee for free admission discount credentials.
- Under the premise of not reducing the number of attractions or lowering service standards, the tour guide may appropriately adjust the order of attractions according to the actual situation at the time.
- Free pick-up from hotels within the Third Ring Road of Xi'an (except during national holidays such as Labor Day, National Day, and Spring Festival). For locations far outside the Third Ring Road, please go to the nearest meeting point on your own. To ensure sufficient time for visiting scenic spots, the scope and time of early pick-up are subject to the notice from our staff the night before the tour.
- If visits are impossible or the schedule cannot be followed due to force majeure or unforeseen factors such as weather conditions or emergencies, any additional costs incurred due to changes in the itinerary will be borne by the traveler.
- During the trip, you may pass through many places (such as scenic spots, restaurants, hotels, airports, train stations, etc.) which have various types of shops inside. These shops are not arranged by the travel agency. If tourists have shopping needs, it is a personal act. Please carefully identify the quality of the goods and ask the merchant for a valid shopping voucher to protect your legitimate rights!
- Please be sure to pay attention to your own safety, and carry valuables with you! ! Do not leave valuables in hotels or tour buses! Please take care of your personal belongings during the trip. The travel agency is not responsible for any losses due to improper personal care.
- You must bring a valid ID card with you when you depart. If you are unable to check in, take the train, check into a hotel, or visit scenic spots due to not carrying a valid ID card, you will be responsible for the losses.
- No refunds will be given for complimentary items that cannot be provided due to force majeure factors such as flights, weather, or scenic spot closures.
- If you voluntarily leave the group or change the itinerary for personal reasons, it will be regarded as an automatic waiver, and the travel agency will not be able to refund any fees. The traveler will be responsible for any other expenses and safety issues arising therefrom.
- The travel agency does not recommend tourists participate in activities with uncertain personal safety. The travel agency is not responsible for the consequences of tourists acting without authorization.
- Tourists must ensure that they are in good health before participating in the travel itinerary arranged by the travel agency and must not deceive or conceal any information. The travel agency is not responsible for any accidents caused by the tourist's physical discomfort.
- Acceptance criteria: Those over 70 years old must be accompanied by a family member and sign a disclaimer.
- Please provide the tourist's real name and frequently used mobile phone number when registering so that staff can contact you in a timely manner.
- Tourists' complaints are mainly accepted and resolved based on the "Service Quality Survey Form" filled in by the tourists in Xi'an. If the tourist does not reflect quality problems on this survey form, nor reflects quality problems through telephone or other means during the trip in Xi'an, it will be regarded as the tourist's satisfaction. Claims raised after returning will not be accepted, and the travel agency will not bear any compensation responsibility.
