If you are more than ten minutes late for the meeting time, the vehicle will depart without waiting. While we strive to provide punctual service, we cannot guarantee on-time arrival at pickup and drop-off locations due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, government shutdowns, war, or terrorist attacks. We are not liable for any inconvenience or additional expenses incurred by guests due to itinerary delays caused by these reasons, including related flight, train, bus, or other travel costs.
- We reserve the right to transfer guests from the original vehicle to another vehicle en route and assign different tour guides and drivers to provide services, as needed for operational convenience.
- The following suggestions will help you register faster and more efficiently: Please bring a valid photo ID; Please present a printed or electronic copy of your itinerary.
- This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group midway through the tour, please inform the tour guide in advance and obtain their consent. A departure agreement must be signed. The uncompleted portion of the tour will be considered a voluntary waiver, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
- Complimentary items included in the itinerary are non-refundable if they cannot be provided due to force majeure factors such as transportation or weather, or if you are unable to visit due to personal reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
- According to U.S. federal law, smoking is prohibited on the vehicle during the tour. If you need to smoke, please go to a designated smoking area.
- Pets and animals are strictly prohibited on all tours.
- Minors or children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult on the tour. Unaccompanied minors or children are not allowed to participate in the tour. For the safety of pregnant women, pregnant women can participate in the tour if their pregnancy does not exceed 24 weeks by the end of the itinerary.
- When booking, please be sure to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, gender, valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone number for easy notification in case of problems), and accurate meeting location, to avoid booking errors that may affect your trip. You will be responsible for any losses caused by providing incorrect information.
- Guests participating in the tour must purchase tickets from the tour guide with the group and may not bring their own tickets or use a City Pass. Admission fees and meal costs on the tour are subject to change based on temporary notifications from the attraction's official website and the price announced by the attraction on the day.
- During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the order of visits, duration of stay, or meeting time of attractions based on weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the itinerary.
- In the event of a temporary closure of attractions or closures during holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year), the tour guide will adjust the itinerary to include exterior views or substitute other attractions to ensure the richness of the itinerary. Opening hours and traffic control of various attractions and national parks are subject to change from time to time due to the epidemic. We appreciate your understanding that any impact on the itinerary due to force majeure is beyond our control.
- Children under the age of eight participating in the tour are required to use a car seat. We offer a rental service at a rate of $10.00/person/day. Please be sure to indicate this in the remarks when booking the itinerary so that we can prepare in advance. The guest will be responsible for any violations and fines caused by failure to notify us in advance. Thank you for your understanding. If a bus is arranged for the trip, a car seat is not required, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.
- Many tourist attractions on the itinerary require participants to have basic health conditions. We cannot guarantee to provide wheelchair-lift buses or arrange suitable seating for guests.
- Please pay the driver and tour guide service fee of $12 per person per day on the tour, calculated based on the number of days of the booked itinerary. The price is the same for adults and children.
