the Sparadise experience was magnificent.. the dmstaff were accommodating. the klook exclusive package was truly a bang of the buck.. after your service, they give you a nice cold treat along with many glasses of tea to drink and soothe you. will definitely recommend this place of relaxation..

Before we went home, we looked for a spa so we could relax. My husband and I really love getting massages. We found this on Klook and immediately booked a reservation. The spa is indeed a paradise. The staff are very polite and well-trained. They even prepared complimentary tea and a dessert for us, which was delicious. We will definitely come back and recommend this to our family and friends.

My partner and I are huge spa lovers in the Philippines, and we often go on spa dates together, so we decided to try one here in Ho Chi Minh City. At first, we were hesitant to book since it was very last-minute and we still had a flight to catch. Thankfully, after contacting Klook’s customer service, Mia immediately reached out to the spa and made everything possible for us to enjoy the experience. Because of her quick assistance, we were able to relax and still make it on time. Thank you so much for the excellent and prompt service! Highly appreciated and definitely recommended. I booked a hot stone massage and had access to the onsen, sauna, and relaxation room. The staff was a bit busy, making me feel a little awkward. The place was clean, but the beverage and snack preparation counter on the 4th-floor relaxation room was quite noisy, making it difficult to relax (I had an hour to kill waiting for my massage). Overall, it's a good place. Package deals are more worthwhile, and it's easy to get to.

I booked a massage that ended at 5:15 PM, followed by a hair wash appointment at 5:30 PM. However, the staff made me wait and offered snacks. I waited patiently until almost 6:00 PM, and eventually had to ask a passing staff member. They then took me to the hair washing room. The staff member who performed the hair wash provided excellent service and it was worth the price, but I'm deducting points for the long wait that made me feel forgotten.

I have been experienced The Sparadise Onsen in Ho chi Minh for the first time, It was nice experience and I love it. First The staff were very friendly, very helpful with great service Second the atmosphere was so relaxing peaceful and clean, third the onsen and Jjimjilbang was amazing. Highly recommend!

saw this spa Pkg at Klook and decided to try it with mum. it was an amazing experience from start to end. The team was professional and welcoming from start to finish. every station was comfortable and we had fun. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality spa services and a unique Jjimjilbang in Ho Chi Minh!

The facility was clean and everyone was really kind, so it was really, really good. However, the masseuse had no skill. It was the worst massage I've ever had. They just stroked my body. I wondered if they hadn't even studied the pressure points. They didn't even ask me how strong the massage should be. It was a stressful two hours. I really regret it. I should have gotten a massage somewhere else and then gone to the bath. It didn't feel good at all. I definitely want to go to the bath and sauna without the massage. The people at the facility were really kind and gentle.
