After purchasing your tickets, bring your voucher to the stadium on game day. Use the QR code on your voucher at Window 5, located next to Gate 5 at the front of the stadium, which is marked with "引換窓口" (Exchange Window). Present the QR code to the staff to redeem your tickets! I happened to attend the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks' annual major event, the "Hawks Festival SUMMER BOOST 2025." With your ticket, you can also redeem this year's Hawks Festival-themed jersey at a designated booth! The ticket you receive at the exchange window clearly indicates how to get to your seat. The seat view and overall comfort were excellent, and I could see the players and exciting game action very clearly! The post-game singing and talk show performances were also fantastic, and the fireworks display at the end was a beautiful way to conclude the Hawks Festival event! Overall, I highly recommend purchasing these tickets and joining in to cheer on the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks!

This was my first time watching a baseball game in Japan and the whole experience was unforgettable! The seats are very well arranged, with a wide field of view, and you can clearly see every detail on the field. The pace of the game can be said to be first-class, and the professionalism and tacit understanding of the players made the whole game compact and exciting. Not only that, there are also a lot of programs inside and outside the venue. Whether it is audience interaction or performances between venues, people can feel full of enthusiasm and vitality. In the last round, they unexpectedly turned the defeat into victory with a decisive goal. The whole audience was instantly boiling, everyone was extremely surprised, and the atmosphere reached its peak! This moment once again proves that anything can happen in baseball. This game-watching experience was really great. I will definitely go to watch it again and look forward to the next game bringing more surprises and touching moments!

Visitng from the states, first time going to a game immediately different atmosphere than any game from the states. Personally can feel the passion from the fans cheering for their team with their personal cheer crowd. Tons of things to do from the entertainment within the stadium to eating various of foods to getting personal food/drink delivery service right at your seat! Memorable experience!

I can't believe how easy it was to book tickets in Korea! The view from our seats was great, and the curved scoreboard was especially impressive. It felt like playing a PlayStation game! It was a feast for the eyes. It was a valuable experience to witness a baseball culture different from Korea's. There were many other foreigners like me in my section too!

I ordered tickets on Klook because the Fukuoka Hawks official website doesn't offer purchases for foreigners. I chose S seats, and the view was actually pretty good. It was on the third base side, slightly towards the infield, and one seat away from the aisle, so it was relatively easy to get in and out. However, seat arrangements are completely uncontrollable, depending on Klook and the home team's arrangements. There were no Mizuho seats available this time, but there seemed to be many connected empty seats at the venue, which was a shame. Overall, the baseball experience was great, especially the balloon release in the seventh inning and the small fireworks after the victory; however, the stadium experience is, of course, unrelated to Klook.

Even though the weather was very hot, the stadium was pleasant thanks to the good air conditioning. I was also happy to receive a free uniform because the Falcon Festival was held on the day of the game. I was satisfied with the DJ party and AKB48 performance after the game. 100% re-visit intention.

I was very happy that the starting pitcher for the Nippon-Ham team in this game was Taiwanese player Gulin Ruiyang, and he became the winning pitcher in the end. It was such an unforgettable experience watching the game. The atmosphere and environment of Fukuoka Dome are really great. It is very convenient to order tickets through KLOOK. The view of the game from the seat is great. It is very convenient to buy food in the stadium. There are also many beer girls, so you can have a beer at any time.

There is a dedicated window for ticket exchange, which is super fast and convenient. I finally made a pilgrimage to Fukuoka Stadium. I used to watch Daiei Eagles on TV. Now it is the home of Soft Eagles. There are many food stores in the stadium, and you don’t have to queue for a long time. The atmosphere is great. You have to buy balloons and air pumps by yourself. It’s fun to release balloons in the 7th inning. There will be beer girls walking around the field with their hands raised to sell them. There are also non-alcoholic drinks. There will be introductions and interactive videos on the big screen, so you can watch the game happily.
