Reviews
Very much an informative tour . Highly recommend. The rainy weather sadly will make or break the entire experience.
It was a tour full of wonderful moments. The ring of Kerry is a fascinating landscape. We were lucky with the weather and had a great tour guide and driver.
Big bus, big group, beautiful sunny day! The scenery along the countryside and Atlantic coast was stunning. The Kerry Dog Village, which required an entrance fee, was unexpectedly interesting. There, I saw the traditional thatched-roof farmhouse I'd been longing to see, along with its interior furnishings. Our guide and driver was very professional; the roads were steep and narrow, making self-driving quite difficult, yet he managed to drive while simultaneously sharing fascinating insights into local culture, history, and various topics. Plus, restrooms were conveniently available throughout the trip, so there was no need to worry.
started off with pick up from cork. headed to killarney and on the bus, the guide/driver told us that there is an optional activity (jaunting car around killarney national park). booked this under the impression that we will be visiting killarney national park on our first stop but those who did not choose the optional activity were dropped off at a shopping mall (not even within killarney national park to explore on our own accord). ended up wasting another 30 mins waiting for the group to come back to continue the tour. and because of the delay, the next few stops in killarney national park (torc, ladies view) were limited if only this was more explictly written.
