- This tour involves a considerable amount of walking and stairs. Please make sure you are fit enough to participate

Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- Partial refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Participation for some attractions has been suspended
- Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
- Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
- Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded

- Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability

Booking changes policy
- Change are allowed until 1 day(s) before activity starts
- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
