The trip on Venus was super, organization, pickup and communication is on high level. They always took care about us, we were well informed and we liked our package. Only problem is 2 days and 1 night is not enough. We would love to spend more time at the boat with all activities (maybe next time we come only for longer cruise). definitely we recommend it to people who would like to have experience on a boat like this. it’s worth it to try 😇👌🏼
it was an amazing experience on a cruise at Halong Bay. wanted to book Venus but was full and was offered Diana with a top up as it was a new boat. cabin was nice. The booking agent Ms Elodie was really helpful in pre and post booking to ensure logistics and communication. recommended !
The cruise is amazing, the rooms are very large and luxurious. The food and staff are good, however the itinerary is fairly basic, you don’t go into any actual cave, the cave you visit on a boat is completely outside. There’s a lot of travel from the harbour to the cruise (almost an hour), but everything was on time and to schedule.
Room is beautiful with a nice view of Halong Bay, bathtub overlooks the scenery as well. Staff is friendly as well. Dinner was good and seafood is fresh! My girlfriend and I enjoyed the stay. Would suggest that it will be better if there are more activities like dropping by the islands:)
Definitely recommend this cruise for those visiting Ha Long/Ha Noi area. The cruise was definitely 5-star and the staff was amazing. I would do this cruise again but 3D2N. For the 2D1N excursion, you board the ship around 12pm and check out the next date at 10:30am, so it was shorter than I thought but my family and I still enjoyed the time that we were there. The room is to die for and nothing beats the sunset on the deck.
We had a wonderful time at the cruise. I booked Venus cruise for 24th Dec but due to unavailability, Klook's operator offered to transfer my booking to Aspira cruise. Aspira is no less than Venus cruise. It is very clean, like new and has wonderful food all throughout the day. We were served tasty vegetarian food on special requirement. The activities are very inclusive and keep you busy throughout. Special Christmas night was an awesome experience.
The boat was beautiful and had good facilities, service and food! Only down side was the time on the boat was actually quite short as you take the tender boat there and back for quite a long time, and I’d would’ve liked more than just 40 mins kayaking. Transfer was fine with good communication.
we enjoyed our 2 days 1 night cruise with Venus cruise. The cruise was luxurious and the staff were friendly and polite. The cruise is luxurious and every room has got a balcony. would recommend anyone who would like to have a 5 star experience to go ahead with venus
great experience very luxurious good for chill and relax. i love the vibe the staff are great one for the books will definitely do it again
The cruise ship is relatively new, the rooms are clean, and the waiters are friendly and positive. I am picky about food, and the food is not as exquisite as expected, but the food is still rich (the desserts need to be improved), and most of the passengers on the ship are foreigners. There should be about 50 people on the boat. The overall quality is good. The only pity is that the typhoon has just passed, so there are not many activities to get off the boat and walk.
Good to know
