Cancellation policy

• 100% refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 11 day(s) before the selected activity date. Contact Klook customer service for any refunds
• In the event of insufficient snow or failure to meet the minimum tour participation requirement (15 people), the tour will be canceled and a full refund will be issued. If a cancellation is decided, you will be notified 3 days prior to the departure date.
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to request a full refund
• Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
