Aqua Elegance 2D1N Cruise: Ha Long Bay Tour with Sung Sot & Ti Top

had an wonderful experience at Halong bay and highly recommend this cruise to anyone who wish to visit Halong. The booking was well handled and we were given very clear instructions on pick up time and place. The cruise itself was enjoyable with a mix of fun activities and enough rest time in-between. I was there with my in-laws and they enjoyed it even though they are already in their 70s.

The cruise was lovely. we had communication from the moment we booked until the service was complete. we are a young family and the staff where very friendly and accommodating on board. lots of activities to do on board the only thing I would suggest if that you do a 2 night cruise as it can feel rushed if you want to do everything on offer. The food was also amazing

I highly recommend the 2 days and 1 night itinerary. From the pre-pickup contact (it is recommended to stay at a hotel in the old town, you can pick me up directly) to the arrangement of the entire itinerary, it is great. I can only describe it as great value for money. From getting on the ship There are a lot of things to do from the beginning, including cooking classes in the evening, happy hour, fishing for small rolls after dinner, and Tai Chi classes the next morning. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the tip is an envelope on the brunch table before disembarking. It’s free. The tour guide will take the initiative to help take photos in the Surprise Cave. The pavilion on Hero Island is a bit difficult and needs to be considered by yourself! The only shortcoming is that the pick-up is too early and too late. There is nothing to go shopping nearby, so you have to kill time by yourself😆

Customer Service Officer was awesome, the most helpful one. We got bumped from our original booking but they took care of us and it was great. We got a private suite, even much better than our original booking. It was a wonderful experience.

When boarding the ship, there were service staff playing drums, scattering flowers, and giving welcome drinks. The room was clean and the staff were serving with smiles. Although the schedule of various activities was delayed, the process was very good. I stayed overnight and had 4 meals. , very possible. Tomy and Daniel are good!

It was a great trip. From the departure contact to the on-board service and the arranged attractions, the tour guide would confirm that everyone was present before setting off. The return trip would also be arranged to a designated hotel, which was very convenient!
